Customer Service Advisor – Part-Time (Evenings and/or Weekends)

Catalyst Services UK Ltd, Delph Office. are recruiting a Customer Service Advisor, to join our customer focussed Claims Team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a specialist team. The position is flexible part-time (evenings and/or weekends).

Job Purpose

Due to the growth and development within our team we are looking for a customer service driven, enthusiastic and motivated employee. Responsible for Customer Service Advice, you will be analytical and possess strong problem-solving abilities, whilst being able to think ‘out of the box.’ You will ensure client retention and service excellence, whilst building strong relationships with all stakeholders.

Job types

  • Part-time (24 hours per week)

Key responsibilities

  • Provide reactive assistance on home emergency claims
  • Manage incoming calls – provide professional service assistance to our customers
  • Claims Management System – update, complete and create actions
  • Teamwork – work effectively as part of a team, providing and drawing upon support from the team
  • Problem Solving – Effectively use the technical training provided to execute solutions from interactions and information received from customers, clients, and contractors

Successful candidates will be provided with induction and technical training.

Experience, knowledge and skill

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
  • Customer service (1 year preferred)
  • Customer service driven
  • Motivated to achieve results
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment against deadlines
  • Excellent Communication skill (verbal and written)
  • Strong relationship skills
  • Good IT skills, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and Word
