Catalyst Services were the contractors used by my Building Society Home Insurance for a blocked drain issue at my property. They were very hepful, they answer calls straight away, call you back and email, fantastic communications. The problen wasn’t straightforward as it was found after several attempts to unblock, there was a man-hole/drain hidden under my decking, completely unbeknown to me. So the decking was removed so the drain could be located and unblocked and checked for any defects. The guys worked so hard and were always polite and keep me informed of what was happening.
