Managing Director

Brad Jackson is the founder of Catalyst Services UK and a Chartered Insurance Practitioner. He has more than 16 years’ experience delivering services to the insurance industry. Catalyst is based on his vision of bringing together the customer, client and contractor to provide fast, transparent and highly efficient repair and remediation services.

Finance Director

John is a highly experienced accountant and finance director who also has a strong background in strategic business consultancy and active support for charities in the North West. This combination of strong financial and business acumen is invaluable for Catalyst as we seek to grow and develop our business while remaining financially strong and stable.

Jon Haddon ACII

Jon Haddon ACII

Business Development Manager

Jon Haddon has more than four decades of experience working at senior management and director level in the insurance and associated building services sector. He gives Catalyst unrivalled experience, insight, and expertise in designing and delivering services that add maximum value for our customers and their own clients.

Paul Duddle

Paul Duddle

Senior Technical and Network Manager

Paul Duddle has more than 25 years’ technical experience in carrying out drainage, water mains and subsidence investigations, as a director-level engineering lead, technical consultant and trainer. He is responsible for developing Catalyst’s exceptional degree of technical competence in delivering a wide range of coordinated specialist services.

Mark Johnston

Mark Johnston

Quality Assurance and Network Manager

Mark Johnston has more than 20 years’ technical and operational experience in drainage and water service investigation and repair. He is responsible for selecting contractors for the Catalyst network, managing the network, and maintaining our rigorous quality standards through in-depth auditing. He also provides technical advice for the claims team and network.

Simon Daly

Simon Daly

Operations Manager

Simon Daly has more than 16 years’ experience delivering services to the insurance industry. He makes sure the services Catalyst delivers, and the systems they rely on, operate smoothly and are continuously improved. Simon has been responsible for the operational management of underground service claims for top UK insurance providers, specialising in improving efficiency and customer experience.
