Catalyst Services UK provides specialist investigations, repair and renewal services for the insurance industry, as well as commercial and domestic clients.

Our expertise is focussed primarily on drainage systems, including off-mains drainage, water supply systems, subsidence investigation, environmental services, and home emergency services.

We derive our name, Catalyst, from our purpose, to bring together all parties involved in an insurance claim – the provider, customer, and a trusted contractor – to create an efficient, effective, and sustainable outcome for all concerned.

We combine our significant knowledge, experience and process control expertise with a trusted managed network of specialist contractors, vetted, audited and supported by us, to deliver excellent service for our insurance clients and their customers across the UK.
