I had to get a CCTV survey done to satisfy a home buyer survey concern and catalyst had someone out within a couple hours.

We had a blocked sewer drain last week and Catalyst attended the same day to jet through and clean the drain, as well as check with a camera. We were very satisfied with their work.

We had a mains water pipe leak and our insurance company assigned Catalyst to deal with it. They fixed the leak back in April, but yesterday the same spot started leaking again and Catalyst sent someone to fix it this morning. Extremely happy with the very friendly service we received from them, and would definitely recommend them. Thank you very much

Catalyst Services were the contractors used by my Building Society Home Insurance for a blocked drain issue at my property. They were very hepful, they answer calls straight away, call you back and email, fantastic communications. The problen wasn’t straightforward as it was found after several attempts to unblock, there was a man-hole/drain hidden under my decking, completely unbeknown to me. So the decking was removed so the drain could be located and unblocked and checked for any defects. The guys worked so hard and were always polite and keep me informed of what was happening. Emily and Jonathan were my contacts at Catalyst and they were great. I would highly recommend the team.

Drainage contractor attended as agreed the following morning after reporting the issue. Very good and courteous contractor and quickly sorted out the underground blockage and thorough clean-up. Won’t post any “before” pictures of the overflowing man hole!

Excellent service provided by Catalyst Services. I contacted my Home Emergency insurance provider at 8.30am for help with a blocked drain to a septic tank. They arranged for Catalyst Services to resolve the issue and I was subsequently contacted (by Catalyst) within 20 minutes to arrange for someone to attend to the problem the same afternoon. Their operator called at around 1.30pm to confirm he was en route and he arrived slightly earlier than he expected. The operator was very friendly and helpful and unblocked our drain within an hour.
