Ability and enthusiasm wins Damian insurance career boost

Catalyst Services UK has made its latest internal promotion as it continues to develop its operation to meet growing demand for its services.

Damian Elder, who joined Catalyst in January 2023, has been promoted to be a property claims handler. He joined the business after moving to the UK from Johannesburg, South Africa.

Damian had worked in the insurance sector in South Africa, and has rapidly progressed his skills and knowledge of underground services since joining Catalyst.

Expanding team

Catalyst is a leading provider of specialist services to the insurance industry, including drainage unblocking and repairs, septic tank maintenance, subsidence investigation, water supply pipe services, and home emergency response.

It is expanding its team as a result of winning new contracts with a number of insurance companies.
