Brad Jackson ACII MCMI
Managing Director
Brad Jackson is the founder of Catalyst Services UK and a Chartered Insurance Practitioner. He has 18 years’ experience delivering services to the insurance industry. Catalyst is based on his vision of bringing together the customer, client and contractor to provide fast, transparent and highly efficient repair and remediation services.

John Townsend ACA
Finance Director
John Townsend is a highly experienced accountant and finance director who also has a strong background in strategic business consultancy and active support for charities in the North West. This combination of strong financial and business acumen is invaluable for Catalyst as we seek to grow and develop our business while remaining financially strong and stable.

Stella Fidler ACA
Financial Controller
Stella Fidler has worked as a chartered accountant for more than 30 years. Before joining Catalyst Services UK, she held senior positions in other organisations, including finance manager and finance director. Stella's experience covers a range of business sectors, including 10 years working in financial services.
Yvonne Bardsley
Business Improvement Manager
Yvonne Bardsley has extensive experience in the insurance industry across claims, underwriting, and operational management. She has contributed to consistent and exceptional results, serving as a chief executive officer, shareholder of an underwriting manager, and as a director of financial services businesses in South Africa. Yvonne is passionate about the insurance industry, its people and its continuous improvement.
Jon Haddon ACII
Head of Business Development
Jon Haddon has more than four decades of experience working at senior management and director level in the insurance and associated building services sector. He gives Catalyst unrivalled experience, insight, and expertise in designing and delivering services that add maximum value for our customers and their own clients.
Paul Duddle
Head of Technical and Network
Paul Duddle has more than 25 years’ technical experience in carrying out drainage, water mains and subsidence investigations, as a director-level engineering lead, technical consultant and trainer. He is responsible for developing Catalyst’s exceptional degree of technical competence in delivering a wide range of coordinated specialist services.
Mark Johnston
Quality Assurance and Network Manager
Mark Johnston has more than 20 years’ technical and operational experience in drainage and water service investigation and repair. He is responsible for selecting contractors for the Catalyst network, managing the network, and maintaining our rigorous quality standards through in-depth auditing. He also provides technical advice for the claims team and network.
Paul Slattery
Operations Manager
Paul has worked as an operational manager for more than 20 years, including 14 years in the drainage industry. He leads our claims team and works closely with our field teams to deliver a seamless service for insurance clients and their customers. He is an expert in using digital systems to deliver highly responsive services, and in continuously improving processes to optimise customer experience.
John Carrington
Technical Claims Manager
John Carrington has more than 15 years’ experience as a technical claims manager. He leads on complex drainage and water supply claims and projects, and provides technical support for Catalyst claims handlers. This includes work that involves repair and replacement of all off-line drainage systems, including septic tanks and sewage treatment plants.
Ami Beveridge
Technical Account Manager
Ami has worked in the drainage industry for more than 10 years, most of that time spent providing services for insurers. She works closely with clients and colleagues to ensure Catalyst is delivering the right technical solutions while fulfilling contract agreements and performance targets. Reporting to Head of Business Development Jon Haddon, Ami plays a key role in driving Catalyst’s continuous improvement.
