Catalyst Services UK shortlisted for National Insurance Award

Catalyst Services UK has been shortlisted for the prestigious National Insurance Awards in the Growth Company of the Year category

The awards, now in their 9th year, celebrate excellence across the insurance sector and highlight the very best in general insurance provision and management. Awards are presented across 31 categories.

Catalyst’s Managing Director Brad Jackson said: “This nomination reflects the hard work by the whole team. Our 65% increase in turnover in 2021 demonstrates our clients’ confidence in our ability to deliver a consistently high-quality service. And with our new branding, additional personnel and wider service offering we’re fully equipped to serve our insurance clients in the future”

Catalyst’s introduced a comprehensive range of home emergency services, including drainage, heating and plumbing services in 2021, to help mitigate damage, eliminate hazards and secure properties around the clock, 365 days a year.

In addition, subsidence investigation services were expanded to include arboriculturist reports, analysis of the impact of trees near properties, as well as crack and level monitoring and continuous assessment of crack development.

In 2021 Catalyst has continued to invest in its people, with the recruitment of new apprentices and additional claims handlers. It has also strengthened its senior management team too, Yvonne Bardsley has joined as Business Improvement Manager and John Townsend, a highly experienced consultant, as Finance Director.

Catalyst’s new branding is one of the noticeable changes in 2021. Brad said: “Our rebrand reflects our confidence as a service, our growth as a business, and the valued long-term partnerships we’re building with our insurance clients.

“The Catalyst brand is all about reacting positively to the challenges our insurance clients face, and resolving their customers claims rapidly and professionally, so they’re safe and happy.”
