Customer service advisor Gemma Healy has completed an amazing double by winning the Catalyst Services UK Kudos of the Year Award for two years in a row.
Company Managing Director Brad Jackson presented Gemma with the annual accolade based on her brilliant service and the votes cast by her colleagues.
Brad also presented Claims Handler Jonathan Leach with the final quarterly Kudos Award of 2025, an award he also won in the summer of 2024.
He said: “Both Gemma and Jonathan highly deserve their Kudos Awards, not least because colleagues could see their value to the team and voted for them.
“Gemma consistently goes out of her way to assist customers and support her colleagues. She always performs to an exceptionally high standard.
“Jonathan should be proud of his achievements. He shows unwavering professionalism in his role, achieving high scores in service audits, and high praise from customers in Trustpilot and Google reviews.”
As they saying goes, there can only be one winner (well, two in this case), but colleagues throughout the Catalyst team have excelled during 2025, said Brad Jackson.
He added: “We continue to celebrate the success of our teams and reward their amazing efforts to support our insurance claims clients and claims customers.
“We’re close to completing a fantastic year, where we’ve delivered consistently high levels of service within an industry that throws up continuously changing challenges.”
The Kudos Awards recognise outstanding workplace performance, taking account of achievement against performance targets, customer feedback and colleague votes.
