Julie eager to make a difference after deserved promotion

Catalyst Services UK has strengthened its claims team with the internal promotion of Julie Fernandez to property claims handler.

Julie joined Catalyst in February 2023 as a trainee claims handler and has demonstrated her ability to support insurance customers.

She has previously worked in commercial and personal insurance, but has rapidly progressed her knowledge of underground services since joining Catalyst.

Julie said: “Everyone has been so positive since I’ve joined Catalyst. There’s been a lot to learn about drainage and water supply pipe systems, but colleagues have been very supportive.
