Dom does the double with second Kudos Award

Property Claims Handler Dom Weiss has proved he provides consistently excellent support for customers and colleagues by winning his second Catalyst Kudos Award in a row.

The quarterly awards are based on service scores, customer feedback, and colleague votes to identify Catalyst personnel with the best all-round performance.

Brad Jackson, Catalyst Managing Director, (pictured right in the top photo), presented Dom with his Kudos Award, which he said was well deserved, given the standards set by a talented and committed team.
