Urooj wins at the double with two Catalyst Kudos Awards

She has won the accolade because of her brilliant customer service and the teamwork that has helped to create a high-performing workplace environment.
The quarterly Catalyst Kudos Award recognises colleagues who demonstrate outstanding performance and actively contribute to the success of the team to deliver excellent service for Catalyst Services UK’s clients and their customers.
Whether it is going the extra mile to resolve a client enquiry or a customer’s claim, helping a co-worker, or fostering team spirit, the award champions the qualities that make Catalyst a great place to work.
Catalyst Managing Director Brad Jackson said: “Gemma is a consistent high performer who has won numerous awards throughout her time at Catalyst. She has impressed everyone with her work over the recent months.
“Gemma is a true example of the qualities we value at Catalyst – professionalism, dedication, and teamwork. Although there were other strong contenders, everyone believes Gemma is a worthy winner.

Gemma won the second Catalyst Kudos of the year after also winning it for the last quarter of 2023.
