Urooj wins at the double with two Catalyst Kudos Awards

‘Unwavering professionalism’ has contributed to Customer Service Advisor Urooj Chaudhry winning Catalyst Kudos Awards for the last two quarters of 2024.

Her dedication has earned her high praise from colleagues and the most votes in the award that recognises team spirit and exception service delivered to Catalyst Services UK clients and their customers.

Catalyst Managing Director Brad Jackson presented Urooj with her latest award certificate, saying: “Urooj should be proud of her achievements over the last six months. She’s been an exemplar colleague, showing unwavering professionalism.

“The Kudos Awards recognise outstanding performance and dedication in the workplace, acknowledging those who go above and beyond to deliver exceptional service to clients and support their team members.”
