Positive impact wins Naomi a Catalyst Kudos Award

Professionalism, a willingness to give colleagues a helping hand, and outstanding customer feedback are among the attributes that have earned Naomi Darraugh a Catalyst Services UK Kudos Award.

Naomi has been named the April-to-June 2025 winner of Catalyst’s quarterly Kudos Award, which recognises all-round customer and workplace excellence.

Winners are selected based on votes cast by colleagues, including senior managers, and feedback from Catalyst’s insurance specialist clients and their claims customers.

Dedication and positive impact

Naomi joined Catalyst in August 2023 as a customer service advisor and was promoted this year to a trainee claims handler. She has quickly become recognised for her dedication and positive impact.
